Tree House

I've always been a fan of tree houses; I had quite a few as a kid, and Ian built three or four on the ranch in Colorado. We have great trees around here, and I've always wanted a tree house here but never taken the time to build one. Lynde's daughter, Ruesha, said one day that she would like one. So that was a good excuse to do it. We spent a few hours poking around to select the right place, then went to work.

The first day we got most of the frame up, and the next weekend we started putting on the floorboards.

Ruesha and her friend Justine helped screw the floorboards down and cut off the ends.

It's not done yet, but the floor is on, and it's been slept in.
